Advanced Wellness and Rehabilitation is located in the City of Silverdale in the State of Washington.

We are located between the Silvercity Brewery and the Red Robin on Silverdale Way.

A bit about our city Silverdale: Silverdale is Kitsap County. The population was 15,816 at the 2000 census. Despite many attempts at incorporation, Silverdale remains an unincorporated community.  Silverdale is on the Kitsap Peninsula, situated ten miles northwest of the city of Bremerton and nine miles south of Poulrsbo.  Silverdale lies at the north tip of Dyes Inlet, which connects it to Bremerton via Sinclair Inlet and the Pacific Ocean via Puget Sound. Silverdale has a total area of 7.9 square miles of which 6.9 square miles is land.
